Success time. Happy time

Llevo mucho tiempo sin actualizar el blog porque realmente llevo mucho tiempo trabajando y preparando muchas cosas que por fin os puedo contar.
Este año ha sido muy especial para mi porque me acaban de otorgar en Madrid el primer premio y primer alumno de promoción en el Master de fotografía internacional de la prestigiosa escuela de fotografía EFTI.Proyectos como "Ashes", "Numbering dreams" y especialmente "Copying Claudia" han sido valorados por el jurado.
Ha sido un honor recibir este galardón de manos del fotógrafo español Ciuco Gutierrez y también recibir la felicitación de artistas y sobre todo de gente muy especial para mi como Yolanda Dominguez, Jorge Salgado, Amaya Hernandez, Miguel Oriola, Eugenio Ampudia, Carmen Dalmau, Manuel Rufo, Paco Junquera, Alejandro Castellote y Beatriz Martinez.

It's been a long time since I updated my blog. I've been very busy working and preparing so many things that I can now tell you about. This year has been very special for me because I was awarded with the first prize in the Master of Photography from the prestigious international photography school EFTI. Projects as "Numbering dreams", "Ashes" and especially "Copying Claudia" were very much appreciated by the jury.
It's been a honor to receive it from the hands of the spanish photographer Ciuco Gutierrez and to receive congratulations from different artists and people from the world of art as Yolanda Dominguez, Jorge Salgado, Amaya Hernández, Miguel Oriola, Eugenio Ampudia, Carmen Dalmau, Manuel Rufo, Paco Junquera, Alejandro Castellote and Beatriz Martinez.

Mi proyecto Copying Claudia ha estado exuesto dentro de Photoespaña y ha sido un placer ver la calida acogida que ha tenido en los medios de comunicación.
En la próxima actualización os contar´todo lo que está ocurriendo con el proyecto Copying Claudia que me está trayendo muchas alegrías!

My project "Copying Claudia" was exhibited in the festival Photoespaña and has been a pleasure to see the warm reception given by my partners, artists and the media.
In the next update I´ll tell you what is happening with "Copying Claudia", a project that is bringing me much joy!

Photoespaña Opening with Ciuco Gutierrez and Manoela Chiabai


Además una de mis obras de la serie Ashes protagonizada por la actriz taiwanesa Huichi Chiu ha sido seleccionada para ser expuesta en una de las azoteas más famosas de Madrid, la del Círculo de Bellas Artes, dentro de la exposición colectiva "Pasiones" compuesta por 50 jovenes talentos de la fotografía. La exposición es al aire libre dentro del circuito de Photoespaña y se podrá ver durante todo agosto.

Also one of my works of the "Ashes" project starred by Taiwanese actress Huichi Chiu has been selected to be shown in one of the most famous terrace of Madrid's Fine Arts Circle. The exhibitions name is "Passions".
A colective exhibition by 50 young talents of photography, also included in the Photoespaña festival throughout August.

Smells like the 90's

Algunas veces te apetece volver al espíritu de otras épocas. Revisando fotografías o de manera inconsciente un olor, una sonrisa, un color o una foto te traen recuerdos de cosas que has vivido. Estoy con mucha fuerza y con ganas de enseñar muchas fotos y vídeos nuevos. Antes doy un pequeño paso atrás para recordar y conceptualizar una época que siempre volverá a nosotros.

Sometimes you want to return to the spirit of the past. Reviewing photographs or unconsciously a smell, a smile, a color or a photo will bring back memories of things you've lived. Before show you many new pictures and news. I want to give a small step back to remember happy this time ;)
